For production lines, the machine uses a dry diamond scoring cutter to split standard tiles into two smaller pieces, such as 600 x 600 mm tiles into 300 x 600 mm pieces or 800 x 800 mm tiles into 400 x 800 mm pieces. For mosaic production, the machine uses multiple diamond saw blades to cut large standard tiles into small square mosaics, strips or shaped blanks.
The dry scoring and splitting machine is designed for ceramic tile factories that need high-speed, continuous one-to-two tile splitting. This equipment is used on production lines and is not a saw-blade cutting machine.
The machine uses a diamond scoring cutter to create a controlled scoring line on the tile surface, then splits the tile along that line. This process is suitable for standardized tile splitting where speed, consistency and production-line integration are important.
This machine is suitable when the factory needs repeatable splitting of standard tile sizes. It can be installed with upstream tile transport and downstream sorting, packaging or edge-finishing equipment.
The configuration depends on the original tile size, finished tile size, tile thickness, tile body hardness, required production speed and available line layout.

The multi-blade mosaic cutting machine is designed for mosaic factories that need to produce large quantities of small ceramic mosaic pieces from standard large tiles. Unlike the production-line dry scoring machine, this equipment uses diamond saw blades for cutting.
It can cut 600 x 600 mm or 800 x 800 mm standard tiles into small square mosaics such as 10 x 10 mm, 20 x 20 mm, 30 x 30 mm and 50 x 50 mm. By changing the metal spacers between saw blades, the machine can adjust the blade distance for different mosaic sizes. It can also cut long strips or blanks for diamond-shaped mosaic processing.
Final cutting sizes can be adjusted by changing the blade spacing and spacer combination. Non-standard mosaic sizes and strip widths can be confirmed during machine configuration.

The double-shaft multi-blade machine uses two independent cutting shafts. The first shaft performs rough cutting, and the second shaft performs finishing cutting. This structure helps improve edge quality and reduce chipping, especially when processing polished full-body tiles, soft-gloss tiles or higher-value ceramic products.
