Before shipment, each machine is assembled and checked according to the confirmed configuration. The machine and its components are protected and secured according to their size and transportation requirements. Accessories, tools and spare parts are packed separately for easier identification during installation.
During container loading, the equipment is positioned and fixed carefully to reduce movement and protect important components throughout transportation.
After delivery, the machine sections are positioned and connected according to the production-line layout. Installation may include mechanical alignment, electrical connection, conveyor adjustment and connection to the required water or dust-removal system.
Initial commissioning is carried out to check machine movement, processing stability and coordination with upstream and downstream equipment.
